These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Eventifia's websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

Eventifia provides tools to plan and manage events, including building event websites, managing guest lists, sending invitations and updates, and collecting RSVPs. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unlawful communications.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service (event details, guest lists, photos, messages). You grant Eventifia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your guests.

5. Communications & messaging

Some Service features let you send messages to guests via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You represent that you have a lawful basis to contact each recipient and that you will honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests. Costs for outbound messaging may be billed to you separately.

6. Payment & subscriptions

Certain features require payment. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies are described at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Outstanding balances may suspend or limit access to paid features.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to our collection and use of information as described there.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially reasonable. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, and we may delete your data subject to applicable retention requirements.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventifia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventifia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Eventifia in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Beirut.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes go live constitutes acceptance.
